Two days for POs and PMs, from the trainer's own POPM board: the roles and AI's disruption of product work, preparing for PI Planning (market rhythms, just-enough pre-planning, AI-supported customer research, writing features), leading PI Planning (dependencies, AI-empowered planning, the vision, the simulation), executing iterations (continuous delivery pipeline, story map, AI-assisted iteration planning) and executing the PI (sync events, responsible AI).
